The labia minora appear larger and sag, producing an aged appearance of the area. Fat grafting (lipofilling) of the labia majora provides a very significant rejuvenation and aesthetic improvement.

In selected cases, buttock augmentation can be performed using the patient’s own fat, with satisfactory, durable results over time.
