Large treadmill to carry out stress tests while running, in wheelchairs and on roller skates or roller skis
At Olympia we have a large treadmill that allows us to carry out stress tests while running, on bicycles, in wheelchairs and even on roller skates or roller skis. It is also possible to run at sprint speed and on a negative slope. All these tests are always carried out following maximum safety measures. We also have a top-of-the-range cycle simulator so that cycling enthusiasts can carry out different functional assessment tests on their own bicycle.

Areas of specialisation

Sports medicine assessment
We carry out a comprehensive assessment of each patient's health, physical fitness and sporting history to determine the most appropriate form of exercise, identify potential risks and set personalised goals.

Diagnosis and treatment of sports injuries
We treat muscle, tendon, joint and ligament injuries through accurate diagnosis and close coordination with the different specialists involved in the recovery process.

Sports screening and prevention
We help identify risk factors and abnormalities associated with sporting activity through specific assessments tailored to each patient's age, activity level and goals. We carry out exercise stress tests (ergometry) to assess the body's response to exercise, determine training zones, optimise performance and identify potential risk factors associated with sporting activity. This assessment is particularly useful both for athletes looking to improve their performance and for people who want to take up physical activity safely.
Performance optimisation
We work alongside the other professionals at the Sports Centre to help athletes of all levels improve their performance, physical capacity and competition preparation.
