Featured treatments

Lower back pain (lumbago)
Lower back pain is one of the most frequent consultations in musculoskeletal health. It can be a result of unsuitable postures, overloading, joint wear and tear or problems in the intervertebral discs. At Olympia, we use a holistic approach for diagnosis and treatment, helping the patient to relieve pain and prevent relapse.

Cervical pain (cervicalgia)
Pain in the cervical area is often related to muscle tension, stress, sedentary lifestyle or traumatic injuries. In our unit, we combine specialised physiotherapy, minimally invasive interventional techniques and therapeutic exercises to restore functionality to this sensitive area.

Herniated discs
One of the most common causes of pain radiating to the arms or legs. The medical team assesses the stage of herniation and recommends the best treatment, from advanced physiotherapy to interventional techniques such as infiltrations or nerve root blocks, with the aim of avoiding or delaying surgery.

Sciatica
The pain that radiates along the path of the sciatic nerve can arise from multiple causes: hernias, deep contractures or muscular imbalances. At Olympia we analyse each case in detail, combining imaging tests and functional assessment to propose the most effective treatment.

Scoliosis and postural alterations
We identify and treat spinal deviations in children, teenagers and adults. We also help prevent the aggravation of these disorders with specific therapeutic exercise programmes.

Sports injuries
We work with amateur and professional athletes to treat acute or chronic back injuries resulting from sports: muscle overload, nerve impingement, sprained vertebrae or stress-related fractures.

Chronic and post-surgical pain
In cases of persistent pain after surgery or chronic pain without a clear cause, the Olympia Pain Unit provides advanced treatments, including ultrasound-guided infiltration, radiofrequency, neuromodulation and analgesic blocks.
