Dr Miguel Fernández Tapia-Ruano joins Olympia as Head of Medical Checkups

Miguel Fernández Tapia-Ruano, a specialist in Preventive Medicine and Public Health, joins Olympia Lifestyle Center’s personalised precision medicine area as Head of Medical Checkups.

Dr Miguel Fernández Tapia-Ruano, who is highly experienced in surveillance, preventive care and health checkups, has been Assistant Physician and Head of the Medical Service at the service of His Majesty the King. Following his promotion to Medical General in 2018, he has served as the Head of Medicine for the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Over the last three years, he has been the Managing Director of Hospital Central de la Defensa Gómez Ulla, and is currently also working as a Health Consultant for a range of institutions.
